Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies and have an in-house staff to help make processing all that paperwork easier. From the estimate and quote, to the work and final paperwork, we're here to help.
How long will my repairs take after dropping the car off?
Every car is different and so is every accident. Depending on the damage severity, we'll work to make sure you have a clear date of when you can expect to have your vehicle back. We can help you arrange a rental while you are waiting.
Do you use OEM Manufacturer approved processes?
Our entire garage uses OEM Manufacturer approved equipment, procedures, and parts. We focus on repairing your car to the exact standard that it was before the accident.
What is the difference between OEM parts and procedures and aftermarket parts and procedures?
OEM parts and procedures are car parts and equipment approved for body shop use by the original manufacturer. That means, whatever your make and model, we use the same technology that their own staff would use at the factory.
Will my paint match my repairs or will it look like two different colors?
We have an in-house spray booth and paint match technology. That means that even unique colors or factory specials will have flawlessly matched paint across the entire repair. It will look just like day one.
How can I get my car there if it doesn't drive? Do you work with a tow company?

What does it mean if the insurance company tells me my vehicle is a Total Loss?
During the estimating and inspection process, your insurance company provides a threshold for the cost of repair in which the company will have to evaluate the repair.
Most of the time, the insurance company will assess the value of the vehicle and figure out a repairable cost to spend on the fix. This can take a few days to complete, but there are a few reasons they might mark your vehicle as a total loss.
If the value of the repair is greater than the cost of the insurance company replacing your vehicle, usually around 75% of the total value, they will say that is an Economic Total Loss and pay the total vehicle value to the owner.
If there is damage that is not repairable, they will mark the vehicle as a Structural Total Loss since it is not fixable or is unsafe to repair.

They then pretty much dismantled the back of the vehicle, and sealed everything. Saturday's record rain did not get one drop in the vehicle.
