I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with Mola Auto Collision, I felt compelled to share. I’ve been to plenty of body shops on Staten Island, but none have matched the level of customer service and quality of work that Mola has provided. The father-and-son duo is absolutely phenomenal—honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through the entire claims process without any confusion, and I truly appreciated their transparency. Unlike other shops I’ve dealt with in the past, they never went back on their word or left me wondering about the next step. Mola auto collision is the absolute best around! Dominic and his son Joe treat you like family and do amazing work at a great price and fast service. I brought another of my cars there and again it looks like showroom condition in just a short time. They take extremely great pride in their work. When you pick up your car Dominic walks around the entire car with you and goes over everything they worked on and makes sure everything is perfect for you. My family and I have known Dom and his son for many years and have used their shop on more than one occasion. We have always been more than satisfied. They always make you feel like family and are very attentive and thorough. They have, at times, wrangled with our insurance company on our behalf to make sure we get factory parts instead of cheaper secondary market parts. On one occasion, when my wife had to drop off the car for some work in the evening, they took her direct to the rental car place and made sure she was taken care of and safe. We highly recommend.

My 2016 Ford Escape started taking water into the spare wheel well. Turns out this problem is endemic to Ford Escapes, but Ford refuses to acknowledge.Brought it to Joe and Dominic who pulled the roof racks and siliconed everything. Still took in rainwater. They then pretty much dismantled the back of the vehicle, and sealed everything. Saturday's record rain did not get one drop in the vehicle. My father taught me to always look for local family-run businesses. Mola is the best. Kept me informed, and worked with the single-minded goal to eliminate the leak. They succeeded.

I have known Mola for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service, honest and trustworthy. My Car was hit by another driver. The car was repaired quickly and looks BRAND NEW! I would not trust my car with any other body shop.

A number of other shops didn't want to fix the damaged door and panel on my 2001 Solara, but Mola took it on. In just a few days, I had a new door and panel, all looking like new. Excellent family-owned business, quality work!

Domenick & Joe are quintessential professionals. They did excellent work on my black 2008 Toyota FJ. Joe guided me through the process of filing my claim. Domenick did everything perfectly. They discovered parts that had been damaged that I was not aware of, and they replaced everything with brand-new genuine parts. Domenick went a great deal out of his way to make sure that my new tire would match perfectly with my other three. Although I live in Brooklyn it was worth the trip to Staten Island to have my front bumper repaired. The price was fair, the work excellent and done on time. Domenick and Joe kept me posted throughout the process on the progress. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Mola Auto Collision is amazing! I brought my vehicle in with an extensive amount of damage from a falling tree. So much damage that I was actually unsure it could even be fixed. Dom and Joe were so professional and they keep you updated throughout the repair process. They were able to completely fix my windshield, hood, and other dents and returned the car completely clean and detailed. Family owned and operated. Can not recommend them enough.

After a minor accident I went to Mola Auto Collision on Castleton Rd in Staten Island.They are the most professional body shops I've ever encountered. Dom & Joe- father & son are so trustworthy, competent, friendly & accommodating. I was so impressed by their workshop...clean & totally organized. I was having problems getting parts. They knew someone that gave me names & numbers of the manufacturer's personnel to help expedite the repair. After a bit of a wait the parts came & I can't even tell you what an awesome amazing job they did to repair my damage. I am so happy & hoping others will benefit from this review as I would sincerely give them 10 Stars if I could.

My Honda Pilot got hit wile parked on a Friday night April 15, 2022 and next day I found Mola to see if they would be able to pick up my Pilot for possible fixing. Excellence!Mola took care of me after I was hit in the right rear by 2 drag racing cars at high speeds on 440. I had just bought my new lexus months before and only had 3000 miles on it.
